Automobile and truck drivers continue driving over the white boundary lines into pedestrian and bike areas on a daily basis. Law Enforcement has not been noticably enforcing the laws, law enforcement has not helped correct this behavior in the past year of 2021 or in the year 2020.  They give answers of people who live in denial, such as 'There is no crime here....', and "That is not a crime....", While they quietly observe using their squad laptops.  The Report Card results are to the tune of Counterfeit temptation, thinking of possibly changing the letter before getting home to show Mom and Dad. For example, a four letter f word Fail.
