Breaking Tax Scandal

House Values, Land and Improved Property Prices, Values, Dollar Amounts.

There is a gray area that has developed over the years a fog between two different Markets, between two different Categories, Purposes, Uses, Purposes, Values, Dollar Amounts.

Tax Calculations

Tax Calculations are for the Purpose of Collecting Property Taxes from citizens, residents, property “owners”....

Tax Collection is Not supposed to be “forever”.

Tax Collection is a “burden” to the citizens, residents, property owners.

Tax Collection amounts are supposed to decrease with age and years of steady payments.

The Scandal

The Scandal is that a local Authority, a Village, has been collecting the same property tax amount on a house that was built new in the year 2005 with an improved building value of approximately $1,135,00.00 , {one million one hundred thirty five thousand dollars}, in the year 2022 and 2023 the latest house value for Tax Collection Purposes is $1,069,000.00$ , {one million sixty nine thousand dollars}, and the tax amount collected is almost the same after 18 years.

The approx. tax required from the citizen, resident, property owner in the year 2005 was $22,000.00$, {twenty two thousand dollars}.

The approx. tax required from the citizen, resident, property owner in the year 2023 was $20,000.00$, {twenty thousand dollars}.

Two Different Purposes

Two different purposes for estimating the value, price, or dollar amount of a house, building, or improved building are for Tax Collection purpose and for Buying and Selling Purpose.

Tax Collection is a fee, a required payment to government and authorities.

This is where the fog has developed and the gray area has caused confusion.

The Value, Price, Monetary Amount that a house and land is estimated or valued, has become, connected to a “penalty”, a “tax”, a mostly perceived “negative”.

When normally the Price, Value, or Monetary Amount of Property, for example house and land, is supposed to be a Positive, a growth, an appreciation.

Lately the SEC has been involved in investigations and putting pressure on the crypto currencies market.

They imposed requirements and have got the major players to list Bitcoin BTC as an ETF (electronic traded fund).

In this authors opinion, it could be a tactic and ploy to have access and authority to invest....igate, see...ize, and look at Private Personal finances, investments, and other data and information....

Kind of ironic , "They" are called the "Securities.....and ...Exchange.....Commission...."

They are probably expecting some kind of commission, tax, or kick back.....

Not very funny...

Making the small amount of dollars earned valuable. {notice: some people might call this stingy, or getting under paid, ripped off }

Then the economics should cooperate with that environment and conditions, giving a full amount of product, produce, or goods for the Strong dollar.

If the dollar is Week, the amount of products, produce, or goods is smaller. Therefore, the prices are larger to aquire the full amount expected.

A wealth managment company recvd a phone call asking for help with a newly inherited financial estate of more than 10 million dollars, the customer doesn't have access yet, although wanted to set up an IRA account., after the phone call the Police called the customer to Negatively Punish and Reinforce that the wealth manag co. doesn't want the customer to call again or to show up at their office.

The customer didn't do anything wrong, .....it is psychological intimidation and denial of services.

What's Happening Today??!! Summer days, a mid-week summer day.

This morning trucks and cars are still speeding past and speeding up to the lights at the intersection of the local Hwy.

Is it for real?? Yes, there are many building and constructiuon projects that are being kept on track and therefore many trucks need to be there to move the dirt or bring in more dirt. They need large machines to be moved here and there.

Other contractors need to be at their project sites to do the heating and cooling installations, drywall, painting, exterior and interior work, and general construction work that it takes to build a building.

There are deliveries that need to be made, and the delivery drivers are out driving the goods out to where they need to go. Whether it's beer and beverages to getting the kids to summer school, that what's happening!!

That is just mentioning a pert of the street traffic.

The sky is blue with bright sunshine, very hot these past few days, and a slight breeze.

At the same time, there are other groups of people and creatures that are slow and not doing busy business. They might be at summer camp or in the office.

It is two different realms of activity levels.

Loud, Fast, Heavy traffic on the street......and Quiet, slow, un-concerned people and kids.
